Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM) emphasizes health and preventive medicine, with a focus on the musculoskeletal system. Trained in Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT), our physicians are able to use their hands to move a patient's muscles and joints through stretching, gentle pressure and resistance. By adjusting the surrounding musculoskeletal structures, we can restore normal pressure to the affected nerve, muscle or joint, which assists in healing, preventing illness and/or eliminating pain.

We offer acute and sub-acute rehabilitation services to patients who have suffered a stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy or Multiple Sclerosis. Our services include the latest treatments for spasticity, such as Botox and nerve blocks, and the evaluation and provision of amputees with prosthetics and orthotics.

We recognize that addiction is a chronic disease that can be managed. NMI offers safe treatment options with specially-trained clinicians, to help our patients lead healthy, positive lives. Our treatment approach provides multi-faceted, individualized care, focused on long-term recovery. Our program emphasizes creating new thinking and behaviors that will set up our patients for success. We also offer family counseling services, because having a strong support team is essential to life-long recovery.
